I did find however the new live feature to be a great way to share the big event here on their channel

Youtube Heads Up

Just a quick heads up Youtube has a bug currently that effects your theme of your page so don't make any changes to your theme at this time or it may get defalted to the borring Gray theme and stuck there. seems pretty wide spread from my Google search and having this issue myself smiles. Will give another heads up as I find out it is fixed.

Youtube for your business- Why and What Youtube can do for a business

Many people still feel Youtube is for those teeniboppers, cats and babies. yes this is true but only partly true those are just a small part of Youtube.

Even more so lately with the Brand Youtube website and even more recent with last weeks anouncement of the live braudcasting more and more small and now large businesses are getting on board.

We already know the value of video adding in so much more then just words, a long with how people share videos with others. yes those dancing cats, laphing babys and last nights Glee get millions of views super fast. However did you know it doesn't take a million views to be seen and find success on Youtube?

A good targeted video with a good call to action with just a few views can do you and/or your business much more good then a million views on some fun video. Now yes both have their place and there are benifits to both ... for a business though good consistent targeted viewers can make a big difference. I have seen this with some of my own and others videos. My video nearing 1 million views although it helps a lot of people including me doesn't get new clients like a good targeted video can. However showing I have such a video does help with new clients considering hiring me as a Youtube coach.

So the short post would be because Youtube gets you seen heard and shared and which business doesn't want that?

What is Youtube, why use it?

Simple quick anser to these such questions are so that you and/or your business can be seen and heard. Many know the power of blogging and how it can spread the word about anything. Well Youtube was created as video blogging but has become so much more.

So instead of readers you get viewers. The rest is similar to blogging. Better then just words and pics though your videos can share so much more and in many cases even effect your viewers emotionaly as well.

Another anser to why is that in todays microwave society *instant gratification* people are lazy and do not want to read a bunch of text. A video can say the same and more in less or equal time and add more value then simply words. Another plus is people tend to share videos with others more then blog post ... take a look at Facebook for proof.

Another strong reason, Why Youtube? Is that it is the #2 most search engine online behind Google and has been for a long time now. This means as your vids are up on Youtube they have a better chance of being found by searching viewers.

So Youtube is not just fun but also can make a difference on how you share and get the word out to others about anything you are passionent about. This alone is a great reason why ... smiles

Like most websites Youtube likes to change things arround every so often. Youtubes new filter and explore feature is one of those slight changes made in recent days. As seen on the right once you place keywords to search for you will have the little area of new code now with the drop down menu to further filter and explore your search on Youtube along with some suggestions in some cases depending on how spacific your terms were up front.

So for very spacific searches such as - Youtube coaching and customization - for example, you may only get a filter option as seen on the left, which still is a great way to narrow your search a bit more. Or for more broud searches say for - money - for example you will get the more extensive filter and explore feature along with similar suggestions to the right.

You may also wish to add multible keywords or phrases to your search up front by sepperating them with the commin " , " smiles.

So play with your searches on Youtube now and see how you may wish to narrow your search that much more or add to it to find exactly what you are seeking.
